Qcleanup®, sali e prodotti SPE dispersivi per il trattamento QuEChERS

QuEChERS è un pretrattamento del campione sviluppato inizialmente da Michelangelo Anastassiades e Steven Lehotay utilizzato principalmente per l’analisi di pesticidi multipli in frutta e verdura. È l’acronimo di Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged ans Safe. Attualmente vengono utilizzati tre metodi principali: il metodo originale, il metodo europeo standardizzato EN 15662 e il metodo ufficiale AOAC 2007.01. Ogni metodo richiede un processo di estrazione con sali e un processo di pulizia con cartucce SPE o con SPE dispersivo.

AFFINISEP fornisce tutti i prodotti necessari per eseguire i QuEChERS secondo AOAC o CEN, compresi i prodotti SPE dispersivi o le cartucce SPE.

I prodotti Qcleanup® per la SPE dispersiva sono miscele di polvere in provette di centrifugazione da 2mL o 15mL per i principali scenari che si incontrano durante le analisi dei pesticidi. Questa miscela contiene una combinazione di solfato di magnesio anidro (MgSO4), ammina primaria secondaria (PSA), nerofumo (CB) o C18.
