Job title: International Technical Support Specialist
Contract type: Full-time and permanent contract
Location: Near Rouen, France, with recurring international travels to the USA and within Europe

Profile required:
You graduated with a master’s degree or a PhD in analytical chemistry with good knowledge LC-MS methods development ideally for bioanalysis, proteomics, metabolomics biomarker analysis, drug discovery, or similar fields
Main tasks:
- Provide customer training and support to identify their challenges and needs
- Ensure complete follow-up of customer requests
- Promote the company’s products through webinars and scientific posters
- Participate in international scientific exhibitions and conferences
