BioSPE™ BeadRem è utilizzato per filtrare facilmente e rapidamente le microsfere magnetiche che rimangono nei campioni di peptidi o proteine dopo la procedura SP3 e che potrebbero ostruire la colonna cromatografica durante l’analisi LC-MS/MS.

BioSPE™ BeadRem è disponibile in due versioni diverse, a seconda della natura del campione:

  • BioSPE™ BeadRem Aqua per i campioni acquosi
  • BioSPE™ BeadRem Orga per campioni contenenti solventi organici.

Il kit BioSPE™ PureProt è composto da:

  • Colonne di filtrazione
  • Adattatori (per la centrifugazione dei puntali) e/o strumenti di raccolta (provette da centrifuga o piastre di raccolta). Ogni kit contiene uno strumento di raccolta per raccogliere i peptidi/proteine nel flusso continuo.
  • Un protocollo dettagliato per la rimozione rapida ed efficiente delle microsfere e il recupero dei peptidi/proteine.
